Super Bowl Sunday Finds

On Super Bowl Sunday I went to a new area for me along the Potomac river in Virginia. The day started off slow until I found a 1 6/8" Snaggletooth. I went through a second mini dry spell then I came across the best 50 yard stretch of beach that I have ever encountered. Three whole Megs, the largest was 3 5/8" but river worn, and a nice white/peach Meg that was a 2" beauty. The story of this trip was all the big Mako teeth. 2 5/8" was the largest and four more over the 2" mark!! The tooth of the trip was a 1 7/8" Mako that had what looked like pathological "wrinkles" on the labial side. Other vertebra and bones to round out a nice morning. Good hunting Chris.
