The Winning Streak ContinuesMy son and I went hunting a couple weeks ago after a really good rain. We hunted this spot 3 days for this video. We walked one day and sifted the next 2 with good success both days. His best find came on the first day - a massive Isurus desori mako tooth in flawless condition nearly completely exposed on the bottom. On the first day sifting, I found a worn, small megalodon tooth but on the second after the water stopped flowing I got a huge, beautiful angustidens tooth stuck in matrix. I love this spot because when it rains, the layer gets blasted out and creates a fantastic fossil hunting opportunities.
