Return to Terra FirmaWe have been in the river a ton this summer so we haven't really been doing much else in the way of collecting - except at the miocene-pliocene land site. We go after every few rains, and these finds are from two trips out there. Even though there aren't big teeth like in the river, this site more than makes up for it with quality. One notable thing about this trip is that we found the first chunk of modern great white out there. Unfortunately it was broken, but I imagine what could be out there and drool - especially if its in the same condition as the superb mako I found! The weezling scored with two modern tigers in superb condition.
