2nds...

This report is from two trips (calvert formation) to my favorite beach.  Total I didn't find that many teeth but I did find some really nice ones.  Highlights from the first trip include another big thesher and a large hemi.  Then I managed a trip before the storm late last week and did a bit better despite the high murky water. Found a real nice 2 1/8 lower mako(!), decent dolphin tooth, and another large hemi in great condition.

Both big hemis ended up being just over 1 1/2 and just about as wide.  I like the lower makos especially, so finding the large one was a thrill.

There was about 2 weeks in between trips because on the first one I got a rip in my waders and was dumb enough to let water sit inside of it.  A cut I got on my leg became infected fairly bad and kept me off it for a bit, d'oh!  Lesson learned, I guess I will carry neosporin at least in the car.

Anyway, I can't wait to get back out there!

I was lucky enough to spot it before this when it was in a few inches of water.
