Fossil Megalodon Shark Tooth This is a beast of a tooth! Its over 1 1/4 inches thick and has a wicked curve to it. There are these wrinkles on the back of the tooth because the shark's mouth was so crowded with teeth that this one didn't have time to grow. The root has this cool blue line across it, and the serrations are even mostly intact. If the stupid machine hadn't nicked it on the front of the root, it would be perfect. Still an awesome tooth.
