Flint Graver.

This is an often overlooked artifact that was used to score and remove long pieces of bone for the manufacture of pins, needles, etc. The complete bone was deeply scored along two parallel lines and the center piece was popped out and shaped into the desired tool. It may have also been used as a perforator.
