It's raining Angy's and benedeniWell here is the set up I arrive to my house on the Edisto river Saturday night. I am suppose to meet ozzyrules for some diving on the edisto Sunday and Monday. Ozzyrules shows up Sunday morning at 8 am right on time. We head out to our spot on the river and I just realized that I had totally forgot about the rains all this past week and the current was not gonna let this happen. So off to some of my favorite spots around Summerville to hunt As you can see from the pics it turned out great on the first spot we stopped we were able to score a Angy that measured in at 2 3/4 inches all the serrations and the tip would bring blood awesome tooth. As we were walking along I look down and see a mako just laying there ready for pick up. Right after picking the mako up just a little to the left of it was a tip sticking out the ground as I was carefully trying to get to it I was thinking another mako and it was a [ false mako ] A.K.A Parotodus Benedeni the colors were beautiful white, pink, gray, blue blade with a white root the Benedeni measured in at 1 1/2 inches and is the best one in my collection. The other finds were a big Tuna vert a smaller Angy that measured in at 1 and 8 16Th's with the same colors as the Benedeni. So the rain and the high river did not hurt our hunt in the lowcountry.
