October 29 Dive Trip

The weather has been pretty dry lately so I decided to hit the Edisto again. This time the water was a bit chilly, and a full wetsuit was needed. I waited until about noon to dive so that it was a little warmer outside. Fortunately, the cooler water provided better visibility. I spent the first dive poking in the Chandler Bridge for an elusive angy or whale tooth. Another heartbreaker as the whale tooth root fell into a million pieces and drifting down river (along with my possible keeper of the day). I warmed up, ate a snack, and was back in the water for dive 2 in about 15 minutes. I fanned this time and ended up with a nice little haul of some teeth. I found a worn squalodon incisor and a few nice hemipristis. If the weather stays dry and warm look for more dives!!
