Nice Morning Hunt...Again!

Its funny how things happen.  I had been several times down to the bay and the megs always seemed to be hiding from my watchful eyes.  Now I have found three megs on two trips to the bay!!

This was a very average hunt until I found the first meg.  A decent 2 1/8" with a good root, sharpe serrations and a very wide bourlette for its size.  It was out in the open...easy pickins.  The next meg was only 15 feet away and trying to hide in about 4" of water.  This meg also has a perfect root, good serrations and bourlette.  It came in at 1 7/8"...not going to set any records but decent teeth in my book.

One interesting cow tooth had a worn root but perfect blade with a couple hooked serrations...maybe a different position?

Hopefully I can continue my streak this weekend!!

Good hunting.    Chris
