0 for 2I figured that with the mid week rains, perhaps the ditch would be a decent place to hunt. WRONG! I found fewer than 10 teeth, and all of them were broken. I went over to the new pond on the Golf Course, and unfortunately, had the same result there. There will be new ponds soon, and plus, next Friday da f0ssZ is coming down and we're going to do some hunting. After that, there will be much hunting over my christmas vacation.

| This was a cool photo - look closely under the water. That is the Chandler Bridge that composes the bottom of the ditch there. See the big whale vertebra? Both processes are there and you can see them in the photo (Click to enlarge). I didn't dig it out because I didn't have the proper tools. Next, off to the left is a bug chunk of megalodon tooth that washed down from a different layer. |
